DAVID Delight is an audio-visual device from Mind Alive that uses synchronized light patterns and sound. At Soterra, it is offered as a guided wellness experience for relaxation and attention practice.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During a session, the client wears the device’s light goggles and headphones while a selected program runs. Sensations and subjective experiences vary, and the device is not presented as improving a medical condition, sleep disorder, or cognitive impairment.

SCREENING & DEVICE GUIDANCE

Light stimulation is not appropriate for everyone. Clients should disclose seizure history, epilepsy, significant light sensitivity, implanted devices, medications, and relevant health concerns before use. Session selection follows the verified device instructions, and provider review may be recommended when appropriate.
